What is an experiential concept design studio?

It's a studio that starts with the concept, not the logistics. We design the idea and the feeling first, then direct everything that makes it real.

What is a guest experience audit?

A guest experience audit is a full walkthrough of how people feel moving through your space, from the first impression to the last. We map every moment, find the ones costing you, and hand you the fixes.

Do you work in healthcare and patient experience?

Yes. Alongside hospitality, we run patient experience audits for care settings, built on seven years in healthcare patient experience plus over a decade in hospitality and brand.
